Input section with D-PRE mic preamp and custom-made operational amplifiers.The input section is equipped with a discrete Class-A "D-PRE" microphone preamplifier. The head amplifier section employs an inverted Darlington circuit with a multi-stage configuration of amplification elements, and features a sound quality with full tension and luster in the mid-low frequency range.
The MG01, a custom-made operational amplifier, also delivers rich bass and extended highs. A PAD circuit that attenuates the input signal level also allows line-level input to be received on XLR.
24 high-quality SPX Digital Effects. The "SPX" digital multi-effect processor has been a favorite of engineers around the world since its release in 1985. The 24 built-in editable digital effects can color live performances and speeches with richer, deeper sound. The reverb and delay, in particular, are of high quality and can expand the range of realistic spatial expression while maintaining a natural texture. By connecting the optional FC5 footswitch, the effects can be turned on and off by foot operation.
Gray color is used for the master section to enhance visual effects. The master section around the faders and terminals, which used to be blue, is now a visually pleasing gray color for quick identification of the master control position even when many audio devices are installed at an event.
Despite its robust metal chassis, the MG10X is lightweight and can be installed quickly and easily in a variety of locations. The "MG10X" can be installed on a microphone stand with the optional "BMS-10A" adapter, and the "MG12X" is available with the optional "RK-MG12" rack mount kit. The "MG16X" comes with a rack mount kit.
